SafeColleges Products - Log In Assistance

SafeColleges products are not accessible through this website. Our products are accessed through campus-specific URLs that are unique to each customer. If you’re having trouble logging into your SafeColleges product, please follow the steps* below:

  1. Check Your Inbox – If you have been assigned training by your institution, you will have received an email from your campus' SafeColleges administrator. It will come from an “@safecolleges.com” domain or from your institution’s domain. We suggest performing a universal search for “SafeColleges” in your inbox. Use this information to try logging back into your campus-specific training system.
  2. Reach Out to Your Institution’s SafeColleges Administrator – Each institution has a dedicated SafeColleges administrator. This administrator can provide you with your login information and help with login issues.
  3. Contact Our Vector Solutions Client Success Management Team – If you’re still running into issues, please contact our Client Success Management Team. Our team will be happy to provide support with helping you log into your training site. You can reach our team at support@safecolleges.com.
