But the Title IX Coordinator is charged with overseeing compliance and ensuring all employees, students and guests are aware of their obligations and protections under Title IX. This course provides administrators with an overview of Title IX requirements and the role of the Title IX Coordinator. Topics include: sexual misconduct and sex-based discrimination, methods of awareness and prevention, ways to address sex discrimination and procedures for investigation and adjudication.
