A comprehensive course designed to break the cycle of hazing in Greek life, athletic teams, and other clubs and organizations on campus. Students learn through peer presenters and powerful testimonials, both from victims and perpetrators, the research-verified truth that hazing is not effective, it harms rather than helps organizations, how to avoid “group think,” and what to do if they are being hazed.

With 25+ years in higher education, Steven J. Pearlman, PhD holds specialized experience and knowledge in learning theory, online learning research, and socio-cultural topics such as sexual assault prevention, and alcohol and drug abuse. He’s conceptualized and authored numerous Not Anymore programs and served as a consultant for the U.S. Army’s initiatives to curtail sexual violence.
