Upload your campus-specific policies (with the option to include a video and quiz) to our system, and assign them to staff. The system automatically documents the review and acceptance of your policies.
Employee Training Plan
Set up your Training Plans by individual, position, or location and they can be set to run automatically on an annual or multi-year basis.
New Hire Training Program
Create a separate Training Plan for your New Hires and the system will automatically make assignments to anyone you upload into your SafeColleges Training System with this designation.
Email Notifications and Reminders
The system automatically notifies staff of their training assignments and sends reminders for outstanding assignments as well.
Progress Reports by Email
The system can be set to automatically send regular progress reports to administrators and supervisors by email.
Archiving of Reports
The system automatically archives reports that can be accessed and referenced at a later date.

Each customer has their own customized training website that can be accessed by any web-enabled device including computers, smart phones, and tablets. Unlimited number of administrators can be added.

Every customer has unlimited access to our entire Course Library (assigned or not). As our Library grows, customers automatically receive new courses, free of charge.
|Custom Course Tool
Use our expert-authored courses, or your own in our system. All assignments are tracked automatically.
|Certificate of Completions
Upon completion, each course will generate a personalized certificate of completion for the user. This can be printed at any time by the user or by your designated SafeColleges Training administrator.
|Track Off-line Training
Track individual or group face-to-face sessions in your SafeColleges Training System, too by giving credit to employees who were in attendance.
